THE FROGS AT HEADQUARTERS HERE are striving for many things: slugs, bugs, the occasional mouse–and even enlightenment. Recently seen ascending toward Buddha-hood in the backyard was this ambitious bheka (Sanskrit for frog), perhaps whispering to him to send a little more rain. If only things were always this peaceful.
