THE FROGS AT HEADQUARTERS HERE are striving for many things: slugs, bugs, the occasional mouse–and even enlightenment. Recently seen ascending toward Buddha-hood in the backyard was this ambitious bheka (Sanskrit for frog), perhaps whispering to him to send a little more rain. If only things were always this peaceful.

HERE AT FROGBOY HEADQUARTERS, you never know who you’re going to bump into after a wild party. Tight-lipped, isn’t he? Quiet or not, this venerable old American toad is a great guardian of Frogboy Mama’s garden.

AND YOU THOUGHT the drama in New Jersey got ugly!

YES, HE DOES HAVE some extra “padding,” but don’t tell him that. And heavens, don’t stare!
